Terms of Service

InteScene provides cloud-based tools for screenwriting, scheduling, budgeting, AI script breakdowns, call sheets, storyboarding, and crew management. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the platform evolves.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract to use the service.

• InteScene offers Free, Indie, Production, and Studio plans, with prices shown in GBP on our pricing page.
• Paid plans include a 2-week free trial. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for the plan you selected when the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You retain all ownership of the scripts, schedules, and other materials you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service, including running AI features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law.

The InteScene platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by InteScene and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or technology beyond the right to use the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, InteScene will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, you may export Your Content as described in our documentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
