Can't find what you need? Open the Help panel in the app to chat with our team: it is the Help button in the sidebar, or Contact support on the sign-in page if you can't get in. An assistant answers from the Help Centre straight away, and a person on our team takes over whenever you ask, replying in the panel and by email, usually within one working day.
